✅ Make reporting of electrical faults easy for tenants, minimising risks and inconvenience. As well as keeping an adequate log, including maintenance and replacements in between PAT Tests.
✅ Include 'electrical inspections' on property checks for shorter tenancies, and before moving in new occupants.
✅ Arrange repairs or replacements of faulty equipment as quickly as possible.
